Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Lampworth", "we", "us", "our" refers to Lampworth Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.
  • "Service" refers to the financial education programmes and related materials offered by Lampworth.
  • "Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a programme.
  • "Website" refers to the Lampworth website at newseasonsministriessd.info.
  • "Programme" refers to any of the three structured financial education programmes offered by Lampworth: Cultivating Financial Habits, Growing Investment Knowledge, and Rooted Financial Planning.
  • "Content" refers to all materials, workbooks, resources, and digital assets provided as part of a programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enrol in any Programme.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms are governed by Singapore law.

3. Service Description

Lampworth provides structured financial education programmes in Singapore. These programmes are educational in nature and are designed to help participants build financial knowledge and practical skills.

Lampworth does not provide regulated financial advisory services under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. Nothing in our programmes, materials, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial planning services. Participants should seek appropriately licensed professional advice for their individual circumstances.

4. Enrolment and Accounts

To enrol in a Programme, you must submit an enquiry, confirm your place, and pay the applicable programme fee. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Lampworth.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during enrolment. Lampworth reserves the right to cancel an enrolment if materially inaccurate information is provided.

5. Payment Terms

Programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all materials stated in the programme description. Fees must be paid in full prior to the programme start date unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment. Lampworth does not store payment card details.

Group rates for organisations are available on request and subject to separate written agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by participant

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund or transfer to a future cohort
  • Cancellations made 7โ€“14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund or transfer to a future cohort
  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: no refund; transfer to a future cohort at Lampworth's discretion

Cancellation by Lampworth

Lampworth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme cohort due to insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

7. Conduct and Participation

Participants are expected to engage respectfully in group sessions and with facilitators. Lampworth reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their conduct disrupts the learning environment or is harmful to other participants.

Participants must not record sessions without prior written consent from Lampworth and all participants present in the session.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, digital resources, and website content are the intellectual property of Lampworth Pte. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own financial education purposes only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Lampworth.

9. Disclaimers

Programme content is provided for educational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, Lampworth makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of programme materials.

Financial information and regulatory details are subject to change. Participants should verify current information with appropriate sources before making financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Lampworth's total liability to any participant in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any Programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant Programme.

Lampworth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in a programme or use of programme materials, including financial decisions made based on content learned.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lampworth harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of programme materials, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Lampworth reserves the right to terminate access to a Programme or the Website if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, the licences granted under these Terms cease immediately.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage participants to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any disputes informally in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns within 14 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lampworth regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Lampworth.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the Website or participation in a Programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
