How Lampworth programmes are structured
Each programme is designed with one principle in mind: knowledge that's been understood and applied outlasts knowledge that's been heard. Sessions are paced to allow for questions, reflection, and real-world exercise before new material is introduced.
Progressive
Each programme builds on the last. Participants can move through all three as their knowledge deepens over time.
Singapore-specific
All content, examples, and frameworks are built around Singapore's financial environment, regulations, and instruments.
Small-group
Six to twelve participants. Sessions are discussions, not lectures — facilitators respond to what's actually in the room.
Cultivating
Financial Habits
A nurturing programme that helps you grow lasting financial habits from the ground up. Ideal for participants who want to take their personal finances more seriously but haven't yet found a framework that makes it feel manageable.
Sessions cover spending awareness, practical budgeting, savings goal-setting, and building a simple but honest picture of where your money currently goes and where you'd like it to go.
What you'll cover
- Week 1 — Mapping your current financial picture honestly
- Week 2 — Building a spending framework that works in practice
- Week 3 — Savings mechanisms and automating good habits
- Week 4 — Understanding and improving your emergency buffer
- Week 5 — Setting financial goals and building a personal plan

Growing Investment
Knowledge
For participants ready to move beyond budgeting and savings toward understanding how investment markets work. This programme covers the mechanics of the major instrument types available in Singapore — without pushing any particular one.
A simulated portfolio project runs alongside the sessions, giving participants a structured way to apply what they're learning in a consequence-free environment before making any real decisions.
What you'll cover
- How stock markets function and how shares are priced
- Bonds, fixed income, and what yield actually means
- Collective investment schemes: unit trusts, ETFs, and REITs on SGX
- Diversification principles — and common mistakes
- Reading prospectuses, fund factsheets, and annual reports
- Risk tolerance, time horizon, and what they mean for your portfolio

Rooted Financial
Planning
A thorough programme for individuals or couples who want to build a financial plan on solid ground. This isn't a general overview — it's a detailed, working engagement with CPF strategy, insurance analysis, retirement modelling, and estate preparation as they apply to your own situation.
Two private advisory consultations are woven into the programme so you can apply the weekly content directly to your personal circumstances. A 6-month follow-up is included to review progress and address questions that arise after the programme ends.
What you'll cover
- CPF strategy: OA, SA, MA, RA — making the most of each account
- Insurance needs analysis: life, health, income protection
- Retirement income modelling and CPF LIFE scenarios
- SRS — supplementary retirement scheme in depth
- Wills, LPA, and basic estate preparation considerations
- Sustainable wealth accumulation over a multi-decade horizon

Across All Programmes
Standards that apply to every cohort
Privacy and data handling
Participant information is not shared with third parties, including financial product providers. Enrolment data is used only for programme administration.
No regulatory financial advice
Lampworth provides financial education, not regulated financial advisory services under the FAA. This distinction is clearly maintained throughout all programme content.
Quality review process
Programme content is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in Singapore's regulatory environment, CPF policies, and market conditions.
Group size limits
Cohorts are capped at twelve participants. No exceptions — this is a quality standard, not a marketing claim.
Materials kept current
Workbooks and resource kits are updated before each new cohort to ensure all figures, examples, and references reflect the current landscape.
Participant-first model
The programme's commercial model is straightforward: Lampworth earns revenue from education fees alone. Participant interests and facilitator incentives are always aligned.
